Houston Havenor

Owner & General Manager

Houston grew up in a small town just south of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, where he learned the value of hard work and quality craftsmanship.

After graduating from the UW-Stout Construction Management program in 2009, Houston started his own construction company. Before that, he spent several years gaining hands-on experience building homes in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

For over 15 years, he has successfully run Aerial Management & Construction, which continues to grow and evolve. He is well-known for his excellent craftsmanship and deep understanding of materials and the building process.

Houston is proud to serve the Western Wisconsin community, focusing on providing excellent work and building strong relationships with his clients. Houston’s drive for construction shines through in every project, making him a respected figure in the local industry and a trusted choice for homeowners looking to improve their spaces. Through dedication and skill, Houston has made a positive impact in his community while pursuing his passion for construction.

Danielle Havenor

Owner & Property Manager

Danielle is a dedicated professional with a bachelor’s degree from UW-Stout and a master’s degree from Viterbo University.

She values her family and is very active in her community, often participating in local events and volunteering her time.

Danielle plays a crucial role behind the scenes at Aerial Management; she designs spec homes and manages real estate properties.

Her ability to keep things running smoothly helps ensure that projects are completed on time.

Danielle’s combination of education, community involvement, and strong work ethic has contributed to the success of Aerial Management and her community.

Mike Koepl

Jobsite Superintendent

Mike is an accomplished graduate from the Chippewa Valley Technical College Wood Technics program. With nearly ten years of hands-on experience in construction, he has developed a strong reputation for being reliable and hardworking.

At Aerial Management & Construction, Mike plays a vital role in ensuring that every project runs smoothly. He focuses on maintaining high standards, making sure that both the projects and the customers receive outstanding service.

Mike believes in doing things with integrity, so he puts in the extra effort to guarantee that every detail is taken care of. His experience and dedication help make sure that each job is completed on time and meets the quality expected by clients.
