36th Avenue Custom Home

The 36th Avenue Custom Home owners sought a house in which they could spend their golden years together, with features they could rely on as they aged. The couple originally made an offer on an existing Chippewa Falls home we had built, but it wasn’t quite the right fit, so they decided they’d have the Aerial Management team build a custom house that perfectly fulfilled all their needs for a forever home. We collaborated closely with the clients to design a three-bedroom, two-bath house with a three-car garage where they could enjoy daily life together in their retirement years.

We built the covered, screened, back porch as the perfect place to play games with grandkids, or enjoy some quiet reading time, away from pesky summer bugs. The custom fireplace enhances the cozy feel, allowing the owners to enjoy this haven even on cooler days.

In the kitchen, we worked with the owners to create a warm and inviting feel, resulting in custom painted olive-green cabinets paired with durable and beautiful quartz countertops.

We worked with the clients to select a warm, inviting, olive green for the kitchen cabinets, which we custom painted for them. We installed quartz kitchen countertops that bring both beauty and durability. Keeping with the theme of balancing beauty and functionality, we opted for low-maintenance tiling in the bathrooms that looks great but doesn’t require extensive cleaning.

Collaboration was key to staying within budget while prioritizing long-term flexibility. By framing the basement without finishing it, we reduced upfront costs and provided the option for future expansion. This approach not only respected the clients’ budget but also allowed them to plan for the evolving needs of their home.

Outside, we installed a custom lawn irrigation system, making it easy to maintain the landscaping with minimal effort so the couple can enjoy their outdoor space as much as indoor.

A top priority for the couple was creating a home they could enjoy for decades to come, regardless of future mobility needs. A zero-entry front door eliminates steps, ensuring easy access for walkers or wheelchairs if ever needed. This forward-thinking design reflects our commitment to creating homes that adapt to life’s changes, allowing our clients to focus on what matters most.

This unique, low-maintenance custom home took three months to build from start to finish. The clients are ultimately glad their original house offer didn’t go through, because it made it possible for us to collaborate on creating their perfect forever home!
