When a customer needed to reroof one of their residential rental buildings, they gave our skilled experts a call! We fixed the building structure to address the sagging roof before re-roofing the building.

This quaint red and white home now features level rooflines and new roofing that will keep the home weatherproof for many years to come. The management company is happy to know their tenants won’t be calling about moisture issues any time soon, so they can focus on other aspects of running their business!

The roof may have been the focus of this project, but we can’t forget to mention another improvement we made: getting rid of an old, rickety deck and replacing it with a fresh one.
